Construction update - lots going on!

Although summertime is very hot in La Paz, that doesn't stop the Maravia craftsmen from working diligently to complete the many homes currently under construction. With Subdivision I completely sold out, they have plenty of work to keep busy for months to come.

Take a look at the Website for regular updates on home construction, homesite sales and availability. By going to the Inventory page, you can click on individual homesites and check the status. Note the color coding; homesites are listed as available, sold, plans approved, construction ongoing and completed homes. You can see renderings of homes about to be built, photos of construction progress and finished homes. Check it often because things are moving at Maravia!

Up With People!

One never knows what to expect when strolling along the bay on the Malecon walkway in La Paz. Dancers, singers, drummers and performances of all kinds are almost a nightly occurrence.
