Maravia Milestone - Subdivision II infrastructure construction begins December 15, 2008

Oxford American dictionaries defines Infrastructure as "the basic physical and organizational structures and facilities (e.g. buildings, roads and power supplies) needed for the operation of a society or enterprise". On Monday, December 15, 2008 construction began on the infrastructure of Maravia's "Phase II," a $25,000,000ºº addition known as"The Ridge at Maravia," which will include all underground utilities and pure drinking water from Maravia's state-of-the-art desalination purification plant.

Views from The Ridge are breathtaking; there are golf views, beach views, mountain views and seemingly endless views of the Sea of Cortez that are only broken by even more majestic views of Isla Espiritu Santos and Isla Cerralvo.

Numerous custom homes are now complete and more are under construction in Subdivision I (

December 18, 2008 marked another milestone in the growth of Maravia as the first road for Subdivision II was begun. For more photos of this event, please click here.
